Tables are used to set the tone and type of communication between individuals. But tables are usually fixed structures. In order to get the right table for a different situation, you must change location, which is inconvenient. A table that can stay in one location and be reconfigured to match the situation is desired. This project’s purpose is to design and build a table that can be used for a business meeting between two people, and can then be reconfigured to a table for an intimate couple. The table must also satisfy all configurations in between these two extreme positions.en_US
