For many years, the Kresge Library has done a moderate to poor job of identifying Ross faculty scholarship to both the school community and the outside world. This became increasing clear as the library supported the documentation of scholarship activity for the Ross School's AACSB accreditation in 2007. From that experience, as well as a desire to provide students and others the ability to find resources written by Ross faculty, we embarked on a project that would become the Faculty Scholarship Project. Still in its proof-of-concept stage, the Project intends to pull together, in a single database, all the scholarly works written by Ross faculty, while providing electronic access when available. This presentation will discuss the goals of the project, what we expect it to contain, how it is expected to grow, and how we worked with the Ross Community stake holders to build a resource that people would use. The resource is available online at: http://lib.bus.umich.edu/search~S8?/. Through this project and resource, we hope to provide a valuable tool for the current and future members of the Ross Community.en_US
