dc.contributor.affiliationumSusan Kutzner attended the University of Connecticut (BSJ and the University of Pennsylvania (MSN). She has held positions as clinical nurse specialist, director of childbirth education program, nurse clinician in a family planning clinic for adolescents, and inservice workshop leader. She is currently assistant professor in the School of Nursing, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a clinical specialist at Women's Hospital, Ann Arbor. Ms. Kutzner is a member of NAACOG, ANA, and ICEA.en_US
dc.contributor.affiliationotherPeter Guzzetti is associate director of Pharmacy-Central Service at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Chester, Pennsylvania. He attended Long Island University in New York where he received a BS in pharmacy and an MS in Hospital Pharmacy Administration. Mr. Guzzetti is a memher of the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists.en_US
