dc.description.abstract | Sample instruments that have been used in studies to test the Health Promotion Model are presented here. These instruments focus on physical activity, but can serve as exemplars for the development of instruments focused on other health behaviors. Planning to be active optimizes the chances of engaging in physical activity. This instrument assesses the extent to which adolescents engage in planning to be active. Scoring instructions are provided. | en_US |
