dc.description.abstract | Sample instruments that have been used in studies to test the Health Promotion Model are presented here. These instruments focus on physical activity, but can serve as exemplars for the development of instruments focused on other health behaviors. A measure of perceived benefits of physical activity and instructions for scoring are presented here. This instrument was developed for use with adolescents. | en_US |
