Walking Mind asks if it is possible for the body and mind to be in the same place at the same time. The exhibition looks at the overlap and intersections between body, mind and environment through photographic, video and audio re-presentation of walking meditation. Sarah Berkeley maintained an extensive walking meditation practice in order to become aware of the body/mind/environment connection and disconnection. She then documented her physical and mental experience using photography, video and audio texts, which she presents poetically in Walking Mind.en_US
