This report summarizes the responses to a mail survey I conducted in May 1978. About 250 questionnaires were sent to naval architects and marine engineers who were graduated with bachelor's degrees from the University of Michigan from 1970 to 1977 (a few of these also received master's degrees during that period). There were 23 responses.en_US
