Description: Large sarcophagus lid broken in two fragments. Surface is worn in places, lichen encrusted. Most of surface is finished with fine claw chisel. Found on top of monumental platform tomb B001 ("Tomb of Ibrahim"). ** The lid has a steeply pitched roof with overlapping pan and cover tile moldings on the front slope; roughly indicated cover tile forms on the back slope; pointed corner acroteria; round apex acroteria; and five bands of cornice molding on all four sides. The left pediment has a molded frame and a large round shield motif, and the right pediment has a molded border and a large four-petal rosette in the center. ** Point Added 27-June-2007
