dc.descriptionDescription: Preserved to full width. Built into a field wall, not completely visible. ** The inscribed sarcophagus lid has three bands of cornice molding on the front and short sides. Two uncarved corner acroteria and one corner of the molded pediment on the left short side are visible. The inscription is translated as (RS Inscriptions 6): "The sarcophagus and the niche under it and the place on which [the sarcophagus and the niche stand], belong to Marcus Aurelius ---, son of Adrastos, son of Kallikrates, son of Polydeukes".en_US
