dc.descriptionDescription: Both chamber and antechamber are built out of schist slabs, some quite large (e.g., 1.03 m by 0.27 m), most considerably smaller (0.4 m by 0.1 m). Both chambers are also equal in width and separated only by an upright schist slab in the north wall, which apparently served as a doorjamb; there is, however, no corresponding jamb on the south side. Resting on top of the jamb (and bonded into both side walls) is a lintel (H: 0.21 m; W: 0.34 m). The chamber and antechamber ceilings that rest in part on top of this lintel consist of transverse slabs (three in the chamber, one preserved in the antechamber). Interestingly, the top course of the back wall of the chamber consists of a single block equal in height to the lintel, which projects at least 0.26 m (its front edge is broken off) in front of the face of the wall; in section the chamber has something of the appearance of a corbelled vault.en_US
