Abstract: Electronic journals offer a 21st-century forum for the interchange of scholarly ideas. They are inexpensive, fast, easy to store, easy to search, and they have long-term archivability; these advantages easily justify the time spend learning to deal with the new technology. The authors, both editors of nationally-noted electronic journals, share with others their interdisciplinary experiences in dealing with this new medium for producing online, refereed journals.
