Patrick Cohendet, Louis Pasteur University
Patrick Cohendet is professor of Economics at the University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg (France), presently at HEC Montréal (Canada) as visiting professor. His research focuses on the economics and management of innovation, economics of knowledge, knowledge management and theory of organizations. He is co-founder and memebr of the BETA research lab in Strasbourg. He carried out numerous studies on evaluation of the econimc impacts of innovation, of issues in transfer of technologies, and of knowledge based policies for public agencies such as the EU, the European Space Agency, OECD, etc.. Amongst his recent publications is "The architectures of knowledge: firms, capabilities and communities" with Ash Amin, Oxford University Press, 2004.
