The records contained in this dataset are jpeg images of the index card records from the IFR surveys. Images include the front of the card and when available, the back of a card. and Management Proposals Cards contain information for a lake and proposals for management strategies. Information includes present designation and change in designation, present game species, stocking suggestions, predator control, food increase suggestions, vegetation, shelters, spawning facilities, water level regulation, and other recommendations.

Images include the front of the card and when available, the back of a card. and Bottom Food Summary Cards report the samples from the bottom of the lake taken to look for possible food sources for fishes. This information includes the station number, area sampled, depth sampled, bottom substrate type, vegetation, and the organisms per sample. Organisms include round worms, flat worms, gastropods, molluscs, amphipods, water mites, and macroinvertebrates.

The card also notes possible detrimental effects, beneficial effects, and suggested improvements for the project. These cards complement the CJUS and CTRE cards.

Images include the front of the card and when available, the back of a card. and Justification Report Chemical Rehabilitation cards detail initial lake survey information and recommendations for potential removal of fish populations using chemical treatments in order to stock with desired fishes. The lake survey includes the percent of each species from the total community caught, temperature and oxygen profile data, bottom substrate information, alkalinity, Secchi disk depth, and water color. A summary of the findings and recommendations for the lake are on the back of the card. These card complement the CEVA and CTRE cards.
