    Abstract

    This video, The Story of Maple Syrup, was produced by the University of Michigan and details the process of maple syrup production at the Bolgos family sugar bush and dairy farm. The video features Zina Bolgos, Carl Bolgos, and Jerry Bolgos (the 2-4 year old boy) working on their 40 acre farm located on Plymouth Road. The City of Ann Arbor Sugar Bush Park is in lasting tribute to the Bolgos family enterprise.
