dc.description.abstract | The project was a needs assessment of the library's international news resources. It provided the U-M Library with a better understanding of the news landscape internationally, and how the library can best meet the needs of our patrons studying and doing research in these areas. Activities included interviewing and surveying our international studies librarians about the availability of news content covering their respective regions, creating a wish list of news content, and updating news-related online research guides. Ultimately, this work will help improve U-M students' and faculty access to the evolving landscape of international news resources. | en_US |
