Abstract:
Chris Rizik is a Michigan-based venture capitalist and former attorney.
His papers include legal documents, strategic planning notes, and presentation materials outlining the formation, strategies, and dissolution of the Ann Arbor, MI-based venture capital fund Ardesta, LLC. The collection’s focus is Ardesta's interest in microsystems development.
