Final report of the Diversity Blueprints Task Force, released on March 15, 2007. Presents recommendations shaped by suggestions of students, faculty, and staff over five full Task Force meetings, four public forums, over 35 hours of subcommittee meetings, and meetings with administrators from other states. The report was intended as a synthesis of various voices and perspectives to guide the university's steps in the aftermath of changes brought about by Proposal 2, a ballot initiative that banned the use of affirmative action in hiring and admissions decisions at the university. Provides recommendations and strategies gleaned from other states as well as a complete listing of Task Force members.en_US
