We used data collected from participants of the Early Life Exposures in Mexico to ENvironmental Toxicants (ELEMENT) study, which consists of three sequentially-enrolled birth cohorts of pregnant women. Research protocols of this study were approved by the Institutional Review Board at University of Michigan and the Mexico National Institute of Public Health. We obtained informed consent from mothers and informed assent from children prior to enrollment.

This is the bacterial DNA data extracted from the gram stain slides. The targeted bacteria genera and species include: Atopobium spp., bacterial vaginosis-associated bacterium (BVAB) types 1, 2 and 3 in the order Clostridiales, Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis, Group B Streptococcus, Lactobacillus spp., Mobiluncus spp., Mycoplasma spp., and Ureaplasma spp. We also used a primer set for Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) that includes lactic acid producing bacteria of the genera Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Leuconostoc, and Weissella. We calculated the relative proportion of each bacterial taxon using the bacterial copies measured by each specific bacteria primer divided by the total bacterial copies. The limit of detection was 100 copies and readings lower than the limit were considered negative

This research explores trigger warnings as an interpersonal emotion-regulation strategy, introducing a temporal dimension to interpersonal emotion-regulation by regulating others' future, anticipated emotions. Across studies, believing that trigger warnings are protective (versus coddling) increased their effect on anticipated negative affect, but weakened their effect on experienced negative affect. Study 1 demonstrated that anticipated anxiety for warned-of content predicts intentions to avoid information. Furthermore, beliefs about trigger warnings as protective (versus coddling) best predicted anticipated anxiety for warned-of content and subsequent intentions to avoid. In Study 2, participants had higher anticipated negative affect for videos with trigger warnings, compared to those without, and this mediated increased avoidance for warned-of videos. In Study 3, trigger warnings preceding essays increased anticipated negative affect and attentional-regulation strategies, but reduced experiences of negative affect. The data is comprised of 20 .hdf files of the X-ray projections recorded during isothermal annealing of Zn-Mg samples, at discrete time-steps shown below for files names ending in ‘...30141’ to ‘…30161’:
30141: prior to annealing; 30142: 1 min annealing; 30143: 3 min; 30144: 5 min; 30145: 7 min; 30146: 10 min; 30147: 15 min; 30148: 20 min; 30150: 31 min; 30151: 1 hr; 30152: 2 hr; 30153: 3 hr; 30154: 4 hr; 30155: 5 hr; 30156: 6 hr; 30157:7 hr; 30158: 8 hr; 30159:9 hr; 30160: 9 hr, 10 min; 30161: 10 hr
The raw data file is in .hdf format and can be reconstructed into .tiff, e.g., by using the TomoPy toolbox in Python.
The data file contains (1) the grayscale images of the nano-tomography experiments that can be segmented into binary images and visualized to show the 3D morphology of spiral eutectics; and (2) crystallographic orientation maps of serial-sectioned sample, which can be processed in a variety of EBSD software packages.
The dataset contains bulk sedimentary d15N, TOC, and TN data measured every 2 mm on the core SPR0901-03KC. Flood and turbidite layers are shaded with blue and orange in the files. and This work is supported by NSF OCE-1304327.
